Plans renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the renewal and leaves access in place until the end of the paid period.
Lifetime plans are charged once and are not recurring. Because they buy the whole remaining life of the service, they are only refunded under the seven-day rule below, not pro rata on shutdown.
If the product does not work for you in the first seven days, ask for a refund and say what failed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Third-party costs (SMSPool, Salamoonder, card issuers) are yours and are not refunded by us.
